Request an Appointment

• Please be aware that due to our policies, all visitors to our facilities MUST make and have a verified appointment first. If you do not have an appointment you will be turned away.
• If you need to retrieve any property that was left in your vehicle, have made arrangements with your bank and need to redeem your vehicle from our storage lot, you MUST make an appointment first.
• Our appointment days are Monday - Friday
• Appointments are only held for 15 minutes
• No show/no call is subject to an admin fee
• You must have a photo ID
• If there are no appointment times available on the date you select that means there are no appointments available for that day.

*If there are any fees assigned to your account you will be notified in your confirmation.

• Transports must schedule their appointments online 24 Hours in Advance.
• The BOL MUST be uploaded or emailed to releases@centralrecoverytx.com, or the appointment will not be confirmed.
• ***Please be advised*** Appointments will be verified by end of business day the day before the appointment.
• Appointments for Monday MUST be requested by 4pm Friday.
• All INOPs require a Flatbed Wrecker. No trailers or persons pushing/pulling INOPs off lot.
• You must give a 1hr notice before arriving.
• We do not allow transporters to drive away with the units. They must be towed away via trailer, autoloader, or flatbed.
• You MUST pick up everything you schedule.
• If you no call/no show for your appointment, you will be charged $50 per vehicle.
