Central Recovery Service, LLC is fully insured and bonded for the maximum protection of our clients. Our insurance coverage is through American Transportation Insurance Group (ATIG), who is the largest single provider of repossession insurance in the nation. We are bonded through our membership with the RISC Compliant Agent Network, and Certified Asset Recovery Specialists through the C.A.R.S. training program.
American Recovery Association Member (ARA)
We are proud members of American Recovery Association (ARA). The ARA is a well established and highly respected recovery industry association. ARA has set high standards for applicants seeking membership. The association conducts an extensive background investigation of every applicant. If the applicant meets all requirements as set forth in the ARA By-Laws, then membership may be granted by the new membership committee.
Allied Finance Adjusters Member
Central Recovery Service, LLC is also a proud member of Allied Finance Adjusters and are covered by their $1,000,000 Fidelity policy. Allied Finance Adjusters is a national trade association dedicated to the advancement and continuing education of the repossession industry. Our membership keeps us up-to-date in compliance requirements and assists us in maintaining the highest standards of service to our clients. As members, we have passed the AFA rigorous physical office site inspection and have met the criteria and compliance standards required. This includes inspection of our business documents, as well as our buildings and vehicles.
Texas Accredited Repossession Professionals (TexasARP) Member
TexasARP is an organization comprised of collateral recovery agency owners/employees in Texas and nationwide. Their goal is to educate members, financial institutions and law enforcement with regard to business requirements and ordinances set forth by the cities and counties in the state of Texas. The purpose of the association is to strengthen understanding between recovery agency owners, law enforcement, financial institutions, regulatory agencies and the consumer. Central Recovery Service, LLC receives continuing education with our membership with TexasARP.
